Notes
I used Outdoor Retreat game pack and Get to Work items along with several custom content to decorate this home, but it will still work even if you don't have them and only have The Sims 4 base game. Once again, it's optional to get the CC and expansion packs.

How to Install Downloaded House
Download the file and extract it using your favorite archive utility program (WinRAR or 7-zip). Navigate to your Sims 4 Tray folder and place the lot files (.blueprint, .bpi, .trayitem). All the .package files from the custom content (CC) that you have downloaded must be copied to your Sims 4 Mods folder. Check out this tutorial to see a detailed guide.
