I recommend that you enable the cheat bb.moveobjects when placing the lot. It basically allows you to place objects anywhere without interference. This creation does not contain any CC or custom content. A few items from The Sims 4 Get to Work and Outdoor Retreat were used.

Installation
Extracting the files is the first thing you should do after downloading it. There should be eight (8) files after decompression. You must copy those into the Tray folder, which can be found at C » Username » Documents » Electronic Arts » The Sims 4 » Tray. We have a useful guide available for more information.
